Urban Planning & Community Revitalization
Riverside Futures serves as a dedicated urban planning and revitalization consulting organization. We focus on designing sustainable, functional urban spaces that address the social, economic, and environmental needs of Chester, PA, and its surrounding communities. By addressing infrastructure gaps, transportation inefficiencies, and poor land use,
we aim to reverse disinvestment trends that often lead to poverty, crime, and limited access to essential services such as technology and healthy food.

We offer career development coaching that empowers individuals to pursue professional success aligned with their goals and passions. Through self-assessment tools, skills training, and personalized guidance, participants will craft strategic career plans and develop competitive job application portfolios.
Our programming emphasizes transferable skills, self-awareness, and goal setting to boost both employability and workplace performance.

Riverside Futures delivers accessible training and certification programs designed to prepare individuals for in-demand careers. These programs integrate digital literacy, job readiness, and industry-standard credentialing. Courses include:

- Air Traffic Control Certification
- Traffic Control Flagger Certification
- Hotel & Restaurant Management Certification
- Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC)
All participants receive orientation support that includes digital application training, resume creation, email etiquette, and virtual communication tools.

We also collaborate with partner organizations to expand access to employment services and business development resources.

Youth Development & 21st Century Learning
We engage high school students (grades 9–12) in after-school and summer enrichment programming through our partnership with 21st Century Community Learning Centers.
Participants take part in service-learning projects, leadership training, and skills development that prepare them for college and career success. Our youth programs emphasize 21st-century skills—critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration—to ensure students are ready for the demands of today’s workforce.
